Yes they are available but no you may have to wait.
To repeat my earlier post - have you got another account to pay a cheque into ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

There's no reason why the OP won't be able to get cash, but they'll probably have to come back a day or two later as it's unlikely the branch will be holding that much cash in their safe.
But I agree that the whole thing sounds...dubious.0 -

Thanks every one yes i check my email in afternoon and find this email as well. YEs i have opened another bank account with tsb i hope if they pay me by check or i need to make appointment with bank before i can go in to the branch for my money?0
