the DVLA can "fine" you up to £1000 for not updating those details , so get it done asap , ditto with the driving licence too

Did the driving license a while ago, was naive and didn't realise I had to change the v5c thing as well. What a faff! All done/in the process of being done

as for this NTK, it is appealed as KEEPER using the standard appeal template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread, also informing them of the correct address for service of papers (the new address) at the same time

Thanks - Do I, after editing the template accordingly, do this via the myparkingcharge website or by post?
I will do this twice for each "violation"?
Assuming I the appeals will be rejected, I then just sit tight and wait for a letter before claim?

Sorry for perhaps being overly cautious with these steps and apologies if you get frustrated with me (I have read the FAQs and previous threads, I'm just making sure I don't shoot myself in the foot and be in that 1% who ends up losing in court). I can now see why people just fold and pay the criminals the £60... I don't intend on being that person now.

Follow their instructions - to the letter - otherwise they will find a further way of tripping you up.

You have the paperwork in front of you, so you're in a much better position than anyone here to interpret the minutiae. We are dealing with scores of different PPCs, with scores of different posters, so don't have this level of detail to hand. If the PPC offers electronic contact, use it. Take a screenshot before submitting anything - proof may be needed further down the line.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

it tells you on the back how to appeal, once for each ticket , if you have more than one

there is no doubt at all that they will reject any appeals

    Thank you for your patience:

"There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn, nor was there an agreed contract. Your signage terms fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence of the parking charge, as established in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis, which is fully distinguished."

Even though the estate is littered with signs, and if I go right up to one I can read all of it (see previous photo I posted (https://imgur.com/dVjml9L)) I still submit this sentence in my appeal anyways? Also, should I be making reference to my tenancy agreement in any way?

yes because its likely that the signs you see differ from the ones in the Beavis case, are cluttered and difficult to read, different fonts and font sizes, incorrect colours etc

you are no expert on signage, so assume they fail all the scrutiny tests unless they prove otherwise

no , do not put anything about any tenancy agreements in this appeal

its their job to prove they have a case, so dont go helping them

Update - After appealing online for each ticket on myparkingcharge, they have, as expected, rejected them. They have now stated the following:

    1) Pay the charge
    2) Appeal to the IAS

My understanding now is that I do nothing and await automated "debt recovery" letters to start flooding through the post, update them of any address changes and then await a letter before court, at which point I come back here and let you know.

My other half is getting stressed and annoyed at my approach on this matter, but I am reluctant to pay 2x £60 for parking in my own spot...

So I can cover my bases financially, should this get to court and I were to lose, what is the most I would likely to be liable to pay as a settlement? Even if I do lose, I would take this as a learning experience anyways as I have never had any dealings with a court in my lifetime so far.

£150ish per PCN, if you were one of the 1% here who lose at a hearing.

99% of people here win when they are fully coached and follow the court deadlines.

You cannot get better and CERTAINLY do not consider paying someone to *help* you (OMG).

any progress update or information or your next course of action? I am facing a similar situation here but unable to see any clearly followed through cases with MyParkingCharge.co.uk parking tickets.
    Thanks

Odd you can't find anything. There are plenty of people ahead of this stage. We still have a 99% win rate, for almost 2 years now!

There is even an example defence for VCS 'hybrid CN' cases, in the NEWBIES thread second post where the example defences are.
