Want to Leave Virgin Media switch to another provider

I am also looking at leaving Virgin Media. They are always slow to respond to new channels. the customer service is abysmal and the price keeps increasing. I am paying £75 a month for the full package. If you are a loyal customer yo receive worse deals. Looking at alternatives Sky seems to be offering a broadband, phone anytime (including 0845 numbers) and Television which except for Sky Sports news and BT sports is the same as Virgin Media. But you will also receive Sky Atlantic. The cost including a new phone line is just over £50 a month which I understand could be negotiable. The downside is the broadband speed is a lot slower which is not a problem to me, as I don't want to download a lot of music and films. I will making further enquiry in the forthcoming week. I have to give a months notice to Virgin. They will not allow me to leave before penalty free, despite the fact they have stopped showing 10 channels.
