All sorted at local branch. Assistant in there checked over our ID to confirm we are legitimate people.. They did decide to take my step father into a separate room and question him about me and whether I had threatened him to send me money, of course that wasn't the case and the assistant could see there was no wrong doing.
All accounts now back open and can continue as normal. Thanks for any assistance and advice from you all!
