Never seen an Amazon delivery van !!

Amazon logistics (plain white vans mainly)will confirm amongst all their delivery partners. They mainly operate from one of amazons logistics hubs.

You do realise that Amazon Logistics are mainly local delivery providers rather their own delivery company.

It is hit and miss depending on where you live.

It would be interesting to see know how amazon (and other companies) monitor their delivery services. Do they just take a percentage of failed deliveries across the country or do they analyse it by area. If the first option where an area is appalling this would not be picked up as they may be 100% in others.

I used Amazon's local delivery last week, to a Post Office, but the person there was so rude (on my 4th attempt to collect it, having told me they'd locked themself out of the office on the 1st attempt and that they were too busy on the 2nd and 3rd tries, they kept me waiting and then appeared and said not to look at them like that or they wouldn't serve me, to which I replied that I wasn't going to smile and pretend they were doing a good job) that I didn't collect it and got a refund from Amazon.

I won't be using that method again.

They also offer a local locker option, but they were all full, so that didn't work.
