    OP, do you have a management contractor (factor)? Parking space should not be used for storage. They should be able to stop neighbour abusing the parking facility.

    How would it help the op?

    Neighbous kids pass his car on unpteen occasions, so when was the damage caused?

    Yawn, now you want to move the goal posts :)

    So you now admit your statement is wrong?
    And if your car were damage in the same way as the OP's yours wouldn't assist in identifying the person responsible.
    In exactly the same way, I feel sure OP could position a camera to show persons passing between his and neighbour's car.

    There is a post elsewhere on this forum from a user who was having his car vandalised. He suspected a neighbour and fitted four cameras to give 360 degree recording. The vandalism stopped.
