Letter from Gladstone’s £100 offer before court.

Hello all

Just wondering what to do with this £100 early settlement letter..

The Court date is slowly approaching and I’m wondering what I should do..

Could anyone offer me some guidance on what to do?

Thank you kindly..

If this relates to your other thread then please keep everything in the one thread

You can see how busy this forum is and you can't expect us to search for your claim details and back story

(If this is a different claim you are dealing with then more detail is required)

Given there is absolutely no information to go on it's difficult to say.

If you are sure of your case then this is an indication
that they are unsure if they will win.

If you lost in court. you will be looking at around £175-£190
If you win, no reason why you should not win with the
incompetent Gladstones dodgy claims, you can claim
    costs against them.

Bet they cancel 24 hrs before as they have done before

Today, MP's were at the private parking bill commitee at Westminster
to which they voted for the bill to be made law.

Gladstones and the IPC were rubbished by one MP so government
is fully aware of these legals and the courts are aware of them

Gladstone's are offering you £100 to discontinue?

Perhaps you can push them for a little more.

I disagree. Gladstones should pay him something and having offered £100 why should he accept less?

Yes this is continuation of my previous thread... the same case.. (failure to display..) now going to court.

In brief.. we hold a valid ticket.for the day time and duration . they dispute it!!!8217;s not been displayed.
The attendant took obscure deliberate angled photos to authenticate the issuing of a pcn.

Gladstone are asking me for a 100 quid to settle out of court...they think we!!!8217;re playing deal or no deal..

I!!!8217;m happy to go to court, I don!!!8217;t see how I can lose..it!!!8217;s not like I!!!8217;ve overstayed or caused them a loss of revenue to them..

We!!!8217;ve paid for a ticket in good faith and I fail to see how I can be held liable for the deliberate blindness that their attendants have.. they could and most probably do look for any borderline contravention to put a pcn on the window.
I really don!!!8217;t know of any organisation that sets out to collect money for goods or services then to attack the consumer for giving them your business..

Is this them now rounding up the odds that they probably won!!!8217;t win, and having a final cast of the line to snap up some revenue rather than nothing.
