    Other than BT virgin has the best Wi-Fi router provided free with your internet connection. If you find the Wi-Fi of the SH3 no good then you will have to invest in a new router

    If you are saying Virgin has the best router after BT, I'm pretty sure it's not, lots of complaints about it, think Sky is the next best, followed by perhaps Plusnet.

    I have to speak to lots of Virgin customers at work and I can tell you that none of them would agree.

    I have the NowTV hub 2 which is a re-badged Sky Q router and it seems very good.
