Its quite hard to explain but when you turn into the cul de sac on the right is a row of terraces and opposite (on the left) is parking spaces which you could drive into (think new style housing) there is then a wall behind which is the assisted living building itself.
I have found out the delay- it was due to the building although completed was not signed off. Now that the management company has taken over the building this is why the signs have appeared.
I have my own drive/ yard to park in but I felt putting signs up when cars were in them quite cheeky. Its their land so I guess they can do what they want!0 -

Remember the April Fools jape that one of the rail companies would offer cheaper "standing only" tickets? Then commuters who never manage to get a seat could save a fortune by not paying for the seat they never get.
Pity it was just a "joke"
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

I did mean reserving a seat rather than paying for a ticket.0 -

How long since you bought a train ticket?
Generally most reserved seats are for Apex tickets bought well in advance. If you buy the most expensive open tickets there are no reservations.0 -
