thanks everyone for you help been stressing about this, really appreciate it as i know this may of been covered numerously in other posts

I really wouldn't stress. There is more chance of me walking on the moon than anything bad happening.
We have had a few posters come back and say after asking a few questions (usually very basic stuff start with why can't I appeal then essentially ask them to explain the semi literate rubbish they reply with) it all times out.
Once it's timed out you have to tell them. For some reason they keep chasing until you remind them not to.0
