Indigo PCN - ZZPS - QDR - need guidance

Hi all,
I recieved a ticket on my car for parking without payment at a train station car park issued by Indigo, i then appealled this ticket via their website and i never heard from them on the appeal outcome i did check the status of ticket appeal on the indigo website around 4 weeks after i subbmitted the appeal and was still pending then i forgot about the ticket, around two/three months later i recieved a letter from the debt collectors ZZPS for this PCN so i called indigo about this and they told me they had sent me an email regarding the outcome of the appeal which i didnt see, i asked them why they didnt send me a letter via post from them before going to ZZPS they said they dont do that and only send an email as the appeal was done via their website, i asked indigo if i could pay them the PCN but they told me No and that i have to speak to ZZPS now, i then asked to speak to one their managers they told me they were all busy and that i cant speak to them i asked for a call back and they told me they would get a manger to call me back which didnt happen.
I then started to read the threads on this forum which told me to ignore debt collectors ZZPS which i did and i have now recieved a letter from QDR solictors asking for £182. What steps should i now take i have read through some threads and have got a bit confused on what to do.

No it's not true. They are entitled to chase an alleged debt.0 -

no , however this is NOT a parking event or ticket , its a case of breaking a bylaw , indigo / zzps or QDR CANNOT , CANNOT take you to court , only the train Company and they only have 6 mths to do it as in before 16/09/2018 hence the reason the debt collectors are running around like scolded cats
stop ringing , read up on by laws and start 2nd class ping pong asking questions TO INDIGO , each will take a mth to be answered0 -
Take a read of this
I have read this post but im still confused, im not too clued up on the acronyms used such as TOC and NTK or what bylaw is.
In my case do i ignore the letter from QDR solicitors or do i reply to them.
If reply what should i send to them?.
If i ignore them what happends after that? they have put in the letter that failure to make payment or contact them this may result in them recommending to the car park operator that the matter be enforced through criminal court proceedings and would require me to attend the magistrates court.
so if i ignore QDR then would indigo step back in and send me a letter to take me to magistrates court? or would indigo have to send me other letters before this?
And after 6months would they just drop the PCN as no further action can be taken in Magistrates according to the linked post?0 -

wow thats good
almost true
however a parking co that is a member of the british parking assoc (indigo are) , CANNOT , repeat CANNOT hand your details to the TOC (train operating Co)
most parking cases go on for upto 6 yrs , this mod know you can (and will) kick off if they contact you after 6 mths
DO NOT talk ring QDR or ZZPS , it is indigo you give grief to , if you can be bothered0 -
TOC is Train Operating Company. NTK Notice to Keeper.
Do not respond to anyone but Indigo. Why not write to them asking if it's too late to appeal?
It really is a case of writing to Indigo asking questions. Ask very slowly. If they think you might pay they play ball and keep writing back to you. After 6 months the whole thing is dead.0 -
Please read the opening post in the following thread created by an absolute newbie. The issue is completely encapsulated by this excellent analysis and proposal for dealing with it.

Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Then you will understand the whole issue in its entirety - if you're still unclear after doing all the above, I don't think there is anyone able to help you further. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
