don't post such stuff on social media??? Threats etc?0

Best advice, start looking for another job. Threatening / bullying behaviour on social media is unlikely to be tolerated.0

I think it all stems from a post I put on facebook. Here is the post:-
So,a particular driver thinks my brother is talking all the time at Friar Lane does He?.Considering my brother cleans more buses than the other 2 cleaners, you are incorrect, and have failed to secure any brownie points. If you think you are clever being a grass, then read this......I am a bigger grass than you.You better be careful now, because I will be gunning after you.The slightest thing you do wrong, or fail to do, I will report you, and that includes failing to fill your defect card out correctly,or failing to record defects that I am aware of from previous days.BE WARNED,AND BE AFRAID.
I can only guess that the 2 complaints are from the other 2 cleaners.any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Advice: Start looking for another job and dont post about your next job on facebook.0 -
Yep, you openly made threats against a colleague, the best you can hope for is a stern/final warning, the next best you can hope for is amicably agreeing to part ways without a sacking for gross misconduct on your reference.(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0

The trick is to have a facebook profile set up in a different name to yours to allow you to abuse people online anonymously. You never want any fallback to cause you a problem in your real life0

He tried that on this website, but then he disclosed that he and his brother are linked to a bus company and Friar Lane, and that he lives in Long Eaton.0 -
I don't make threats,I make promises.I am aware of the case Witham v Club24.I will be using that in the disciplinary.0

You are clearly an 4rse.
You are clearly a bully.
You have absolutely NO idea why your post on FB could be a problem at all do you? You have absolutely NO idea that your stance, what you said, your entire existence .... is sub-normal.... do you?
Your post/actions are not those of a person engaged with civilised society, etiquette and doing the right thing.
You're an 4rse.
But you can't see that .... you think you're the victim.
You're an utter utter 4rse.
That's you that is. 4rse.
Phew.. now I feel a tad better.0 -

And with an attitude like that, I would spend some time refreshing the CV because you'll be needed it0
