Best advice, start looking for another job. Threatening / bullying behaviour on social media is unlikely to be tolerated.

Yep, you openly made threats against a colleague, the best you can hope for is a stern/final warning, the next best you can hope for is amicably agreeing to part ways without a sacking for gross misconduct on your reference.

The trick is to have a facebook profile set up in a different name to yours to allow you to abuse people online anonymously. You never want any fallback to cause you a problem in your real life

He tried that on this website, but then he disclosed that he and his brother are linked to a bus company and Friar Lane, and that he lives in Long Eaton.

I don't make threats,I make promises.I am aware of the case Witham v Club24.I will be using that in the disciplinary.
