Are the crown court judges corrupt or anth cyclist?
Does my post say that anywhere?
Lets swap out bus for piano. You check a pavements clear, then 5 minutes later you drop the piano out the window and kill 2 people.
Would you expect to be found not guilty of killing those 2 people,as when you last checked the pavement was clear?
Would it be even less likely to be found not guilty if you were trained in piano moving?0 -

You're the one who yet again is having a pop at the criminal justice system.
The judge was happy with the result and seemingly the coroner was too, unless you can provide a link to the cause of death. I bet it's not unlawfully killed.

Cause of death? Are you really wanting the detail of two people flattened by a bus?
what would that give you?
If you call questioning people walking out of court after killing people through their own actions 'having a pop' then yes I am.0 -
How about this one? Just down the road from me.

I mean to be fair. Its only the second cyclist he has killed with his driving.
Maybe the third time deserves a prison sentence, lifetime ban?0 -

Cause of death unlawfull killing then someone should be brought to account. I think in the case of your bus driver it will be accidental, ie no one really to blame.0 -

So what's your point? He hasn't escaped justice.0 -

Do you mean excessive speed IYO for the conditions?
Yes, the driver deliberately cut the corner.
No, not in my opinion. They were driving too fast to make the 90 degree turn into my side road and remain on their side of the road.. Please appreciate I was there whereas you are just a smart alec on the internet.0 -
Me too, end of a street near me and end of my street. Stay on your side of the road, simple.
I was on my side of the road. That's the point, but I don't understand yours? I had to brake as I saw the situation developing. If I'd been a mere couple of metres ahead at the stop line waiting to turn the situation could have been worse.0 -

So he deliberately cut you up rather than didn't see you?
Unless he spoke to after you'll never know.

Ah so he cut the corner and didn't see you.0
