    You really should edit the reference in post 4 as well - PPCs do monitor this forum to try and find ways to identify and frustrate appeals.

    And before you submit any appeal, you should get the RK to contact Lidl directly to see if they will cancel it - which is by far the best way to kill this stone-dead with the least input from you! You have plenty of time yet if the ticket was only recently issued.

    they rely on people that are too busy just paying it! already spent way too long on this and haven't even responded yet! on principle dont want to pay.... thanks all for your help.

    You've still to edit post #4 but you've not so much edited post #1 as decimated it. Now the story has gone. Normally when posters suggest an edit, it is to remove "I" "ME" "WE" and refer only to the DRIVER and the KEEPER.
