These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.

If you appealed within 28 days and they refused to accept the appeal by lying then raise a complaint with their Trade Association (BPA) at aos@britishparking.co.uk.

When you have the result then raise another complaint with the DVLA that Britannia failed to follow the ATA Code of Practice and the BPA have failed to sanction them which they should have.
