Thrown out of my home by not a legal way

Hello

I am a British tenant and now I am a British citizen, so I have the right to stay. I have a contract to rent a room in a private house at the owner who live there same like me.

I have a valid contract for six months, it is a short-term lease, and I paid a deposit and income two months before.

The owner of the house exploded and gave me a week to leave the house, otherwise I was threatening to take things out the door and change the locks

The man who owns this house is crazy, he goes to the gym, he has big muscles and he is very aggressive, he is also very aggressive when he drinks alcohol and hits me at the door, just because I play music and tells me that I can not invite my friend.

I have no money and no place to go. This would mean that you have to go to a homeless shelter I do not like because it is a very unhealthy place where you can live

This man was racist for me because I am of Polish descent and him a racist because she claims she does not want me because I'm a man who sometimes dress like a lady and she does not like it in his house

Can someone give to me advice please for this is not legal my friend is helping me with this but the owner she is very aggressive now and I am staying in my room all the day.

The man who owns this house is crazy, he goes to the gym, he has big muscles and he is very aggressive, he is also very aggressive when he drinks alcohol and hits me at the door very loud just because I play music and tells me that I can not invite my friend.

If the landlord lives there, then you are a Lodger in the Landlord's house; you are not a tenant.

    Lodgers have fewer rights.

Check whether you are a lodger or a tenant with this online tool from Shelter: https://england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice/downloads_and_tools/tenancy_rights_checker

Once you know what you are, only use that phrase and stick to it to avoid confusion.

Anything the landlord said re what you wear or where you come from is a separate issue to your housing situation.

My best friend told me I am tenant now for a short period of six months and this is my rightful contract. My friend told me that I have the right to stay there for six months and he can not throw me out. I have "short hold contract" and can stay for six months but who can I telephone to help with me.

Can I contact the police for this help?

With all due respect, forget what your friend has told you - use the link in the post above to determine whether you are a lodger or a tenant, then we can advise from that point.

If the landlord is using physical violence towards you and/or openly racist, then the police can be called - just make sure you have independent witnesses and if possible, record the altercations. Once the police are involved, you can expect the locks to be changed and you are thrown out on the street.

The local housing department may be able to help with the homeless situation, but I'm afraid you would be well down the list.

If you share kitchen and bathroom facilities with your LL, then you are a lodger not a tenant.

I see that the situation is wrong and unfair but lodgers have so few rights that unfortunately any police/legal action you take will only bring about a quick eviction.

Is there any way you can keep your head down, be very quiet until you have saved enough for another room? Its not right but I am afraid it may be all you can do. No one should have to live like that but you do need somewhere to live. Just concentrate on the fact that eventually you will be able to move.

Keep some (especially important) belongings at your friends room, just in case the landlord does change the locks. Keep a copy of your immigration status there as well.

If he did throw you out, change the locks, you would then be able to make a claim against him through the courts but there is no guarantee of success and even if successful you may still not get the money awarded (even calling in Bailiffs you don't always get the money awarded). I am sorry.

See if there is an immigrants support group anywhere near you. They may help.

There is no legal document but the house has 3 other tenants. I have a key and a lock on my door.

I am using the house and the whole house I have access to this.

She is using only that I wear a dress as this excuse to throw me away

I live in Woodgreen and pay £ 750 a month and my accounts are paid for he has £1,500

There is no place to live for me except here. My friend thinks it's illegal. Payment is always in cash. There also are the tenants that are illegal and not allowed to live in uk

Can I get the help from police because they are racists? T

Shower is so small you cannot get changed so I wear only undergarment in the kitchen area and this is also his saying that I am not suitable.

Can he throw me away for no reason and how can I get my money from him.

He does not beat me physically, but he is beating up the door to make me stop sleep.she know I'm afraid of him

If you're using google translate it's not working.
If you're not using a translation app, I have no idea what you're talking about, it doesn't make sense.

Edited to add - that's changed a fair bit since I hit the quote button. There was something about a wrestler and a tomb in there a minute ago!
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I'm sorry to use a very translator in English, not so perfect. I can speak better than I wrote. my friend can help if that's a problem.

My friend thinks I have to call the police, but I'm worried they can cause more problems
