Just for the record, OCR software would have worked well for this.

Doesnt work all the time as we receive a lot of statements that fail to translate due to a jpeg/bif image being embedded where the text lies within the image.
Causes alot of irritation in my employees AP department!0 -
Not sure it would work on this (and its solved anyway) but Foxit pdf will let you save a .pdf as a text file.0

But that means you're not using OCR software, because extracting text from images is exactly what OCR software is designed to do.0 -
