This is incorrect. The PACKAGE has been advertised as including ESSENTIAL SIM as a FIXED PRICE PACKAGE, therefore false advertising.0

If you buy a car from a garage and then at a later date they call and ask for the radio back and other "extras" what would you say to that?0

Don't people read the T&Cs of contracts they sign?
I too am a TalkTalk customer and the Essential SIM is listed separately on the welcome email which clearly states that contract duration is 30 days, another clue is that the Essential SIM is billed separately each month.
TalkTalk have given me 60 days notice so no problem with that.0 -

They don't even read them after the fact when they actually need to know what to do, not a chance they'll read them beforehand.0
