All of the above posts are right! The old company went under but the brand remains, under new ownership, similar to Thomas Cook, so the original posts in this thread will relate to one company but the recent addition presumably relates to the new one.

The most recent poster should probably clarify if their loss was from the old LuxTripper, or the new business.

If @Hayles1972 had dealings with the old Luxtripper I can understand why ABTA or the new business would not entertain assisting with the credit.

A bit off topic, but I wonder if threads that have not had replies for a period of time could be locked with a message saying they are old and asking people to use the report button if they have something important to add.

I find it all too easy to make irrelevant replies after someone has reopened an ancient thread. After a period of time, many threads relate to situations that are irrelevant months or years later.

Some forums are quite rigorous in locking threads in this way.
