After my third e mail to them I got a reply today, from a nice lady who claimed this was the first they'd heard from me, and that if I gave her my address she would check it was definitely me and get back to me. So hopefully I will hear from them tomorrow. What made me laugh though was that she had also sent an internal e mail which she must have mistakenly copied me into which read...
