Is this a Glasses Direct scam?
The offer says "2 pairs for £19"
Detail implies it's only on glasses "over £49", "not valid on cheaper frames"
2 X 49 = 98
98 - 30 discount = 68 (not 19)

it's a clear scam
1/ glasses direct have tried to exploit the phrase "2 FROM £19" which is an abstract phrase (2 Mercedes Benz from £19, provided you pay £145000 for the second one) that clearly designed to be interpreted as "2 for £19, and just incase you have not been conned by that.....
2/ they have then deliberately mis worded it (twice) as "2 FOR £19"

I have emailed the con merchants at glasses online and I am anticipating the excuse of "oh we accidentally miss worded it and we will put it right in September"

Not sure where you are getting your figures from as the second pair is free so £49 plus £49 is £98

Free second pair so minus £49
£30 Discount so minis £30

£98-£48-£30 = £19 for 2 pairs.
