saving text converations - Samsung Galaxy S3

I have searched the internet for saving texts but all I get is how to delete them and I know how to do this. I am anxious to save important conversations but no-one so far has been able to explain to me if this can be done and how it can be done.


Answers would be very welcome.

i use 'Android messages' which duplicates on a web browser....... easily saved from there

I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riteshsahu.SMSBackupRestore which works fine for my needs anyway. There's plenty of other options.
