    Any thing that does not fit in a bag is double wrapped in heavy gauge polythene sheet and taped shut for disposal.

    Once it is securely double wrapped you might be able to "carefully" break the pipe without puncturing the polythene, the pipe is usually quite brittle, then fold it up into a shorter bundle.

    Get someone to spray the pipe with a hose while you are breaking it with a hammer.

    It breaks a quite easily.
    I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.
