You have no rights. They don't have to accept you as a customer.

I came here to get help on this issue of which I have done thanks to the person on post 2, quick, informative and to the point. Not idiotic, childish or pedantic.

Childish and pedantic? I'm not the one feeling victimised by a shop or pretending I spent money that I didn't in order to make my plea more sympathetic.

Also I'm not sure you understand what the word pedantic means.

You don't have the right to insist that they serve you, or that they allow you to use their website, their services or their facebook page. If they banned you for being a particular race, gender, sexual orientation, religion etc that would be something you could contest, but not this. There is no law requiring a company to be fair when deciding who they want to deal with. They can literally decide not to serve you because they don't like your face, if they want. You can review them accordingly on Google or trustpilot though.

I know, this has nothing to do with sofas - but I am an avid gamer myself, and there are quite a few alternatives. You could for example buy the same editions of games on eBay or Amazon or another online marketplace. Or you can buy from another games shop. Or you can download from steam. I would bet that you can find another online source for the games you want to play much more easily than you can persuade game to let you buy from them.
Well informed on the subjects of sofas and wood furniture, and well opinionated on everything else :rotfl:

I worked for Electronics Boutique back in the early 00's before the purchase and rebrand to GAME.

We have a very popular promo - Buy a game, try it for 10 days and if you don't like it, return it for a full refund.

The amount of people that got banned from the store for abusing this promotion. Some customers could go an entire year playing and completing every game and never having to spend a penny.

No I mentioned it to emphasise the amount of money spent with GAME and it was not an exaggeration a few years ago.

Possibly more than 12k a year is over £1000 a month. You then stated you used to spend £400 a month. So clearly you did exaggerate.

Something doesn't add up, if you haven't had any problems for a few years and are giving them a ton of money regularly it would seem strange they banned you. But like others have said they can do what they like so not much you can do other than take your business elsewhere.
