You need to reference your evidence, for example in point 7 by giving it a Ref. No. and then adding all your evidence in a tabbed folder so the judge can refer to it easily.0

Doesn’t that go into the skeleton urgument?0

A short quote from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread:A WS is simple, it expands on your defence and tells the story from your point of view, and it is vital because it includes your evidence exhibits such as photos of obscured/tiny font signs, any relevant letters, permit/copy of your lease, copy of your authority to park, etc.0

Hi All.
I am finalising my witness statement and printing off evidence.
Would anyone know where I can print off the following cases?
Also do I have to print all the pages of the case or just the excerpts for my Arguments?
I am also assuming that I would have to send the Skeleton Argument to the Claimant.
All assistance is appreciated.

Hi all,
Managed to get copies of above.
Beavis is over 100 pages. Do I attach all the pages or an excerpt?
I have also received their witness statement.
They have not attached an agreement with the land owners as I obtained an official copy of the land register.
They have simply attached agreement by SIP car parks and SIP parking Ltd.
Directors have signed the agreement but dates questionable as Chris Marsden was only director in 2016 and not 2015 as stated.
Is this fraudulent on SIP’s part?
Should I point out in court?0 -
Excerpt. Thepage containing the para you rely on.
Take the whole thing with you on a tablet maybe. Just in case
You dont have to file a skeleton argument, but if you do file one, it goes to court and claimant
Also file costs schedule the day before at least - 2 is better.
If you can show they lack agreement with the landholder, then they SHOULD be stuffed. Key part of your argumnet.
Point out anything that casts doubt on them!0 -

Despite receiving free advice over a period of four months from volunteers, some people just don't return the gesture by updating the forum, but not dissimilar to a number of 'take everything, give nowt back' posters we see here from time to time.
The OP hasn't visited the forum since 14 June by when his/her case must have been concluded, so could have easily given a sentence or two on the outcome then.
Frustrating and somewhat annoying. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
