Unable to cancel online delivery

Hi there,
I have registered with a flower delivery company that is regularly delivering flowers to my house. I am not happy with the way they are delivering and would like to cancel my account with them. The problem is that they don’t pick up their phone , nor do they respond to email. They do not allow cancellation on their website and I can’t remove my credit card details either. Any ideas who will be the governing body for such online business in case they continue to ignore my attempts to cancel?

You can contact your bank and cancel the continuous payment authority (similar to cancelling a DD).
That will stop the money. you would also need to ensure you follow their cancellation procedures to avoid any further deliveries but their website is very vague on that one.
I would write to them the old fashioned way, recorded.0 -
Have you tried facebook or twitter? That usually grabs people's attention when all else fails, and the facebook page says they usually respond within an hour.
Twitter has a few posts where they're blaming the heat of late for poor quality and telling people to phone or email, if you point out you've tried both with no response that might get a quicker reply as well. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I got through via Facebook. Turns out this has been a longstanding problem with many many negative reviews complaining of the same thing. They say they have cancelled my account now l, so let!!!8217;s see. Thanks to this forum for the suggestion of contacting via Facebook. Have a wonderful day!0
