You will never stop it, as I learned when I had shops. Every morning I had to get a mop and bucket with disinfectant and wash the doorway out. No amount of lights, CCTV did anything.
You have to accept that some pee (and other unmentionables), and others clear it up.0 -

We have thought of putting a plant pot in the way of the stop outside our gate, though they might then !!!! in it instead.
