    Hi all,

    Very strange update

    I have recieved a letter from The County Court saying
    "It is Ordered that 1. The Claim is Struck Out as it doesn't plead a coherent cause of action".

    Where the Claimant is Minster Baywatch.

    Does this mean I'm in the clear?
