    Hi all,

    Very strange update

    I have recieved a letter from The County Court saying
    "It is Ordered that 1. The Claim is Struck Out as it doesn't plead a coherent cause of action".

    Where the Claimant is Minster Baywatch.

    Does this mean I'm in the clear?

    We do see it from time to time. Looks like the Judge in your case was on the ball (and of sound mind! :D).
