The Money Shop has the Cashplus card and Paypoint stores have Swirl and the Citizen card combined proof of age ID and prepaid card. But you won't get any of these over the counter: They are posted to your home address.

Lots of supermarkets sell pre-paid gift cards with a Mastercard logo that you can use online as a credit card.
