    1) Why would it? Its a clearly RUBBISH statement by them, hoping to dissuade YOU.  Its just an assertion - they have no proof, it isnt a fact, and they re making more argumetns.

    2) Yes of course it bloody does. It deos not alter, in any way shape or form , the abuse of proces. NOTHING about what theyve put chanegs this in anyway .
Thank you @nosferatu1001!! As a novice to all of these legal procedures, I just wanted a bit of affirmation 👍
I'm going to get my WS updated, add the supplementary WS to the bundle and email it over to the court and Gladstones

I'm just finishing the updates on my WS and had a thought....
As I'm emailing my evidence to the court and claimant, I won't be able to hand-write a signature and scan in. I don't have access to a printer. Will just printing my name suffice? As I'll be adding detail about the 'Jack Chapman' facsimile, will this weaken my argument?

You could put "signed electronically by ..........."  The Jack Chapman farce is a different matter and is to do with parking companies/solicitors trying to pretend Jack Chapman is a real person and signs everyone of the WSs personally.

OK great, I will do that!
I've also complained to SRA about the Jack Chapman farce using the Coupon-mad's template 👍

    Very good!

Re-read the Telephone Hearings thread as bargepole posted (yesterday?) a list of which courts are suspended, staffed or 'open' (but not the the public) and he explained what that means in terms of which courts will have access to the defence you submitted, and which courts won't.

I've read the post and my chosen court is open!
I received the claimant's WS yesterday including their evidence bundle, stating it had been filed with the court. I emailed the court with my key documents including WS etc. I included my contact number on that email, for court use only but I've had an email from gladstones today asking if I agree to the hearing be heard on papers or telephone (I'll be selecting this option) but they want my contact details.
Do I play ball and give this to them? Or do I simply say my number has already been given to the court and I did cc 2 gladstones contacts in that email.
This could be trivial but I don't want to put a foot wrong at this stage.

The scamlicitors do not need your 'phone number in order to follow the new court C19 procedures. Just do what the court tells you to do, and ensure you follow the requirements precisely.

Alternatively you could give the scamlicitors the number 0333-8888888. This takes callers to a recorded message telling them to contact you by email.
I have tried it myself and it works.

Have you received a copy of the alleged parking contract yet? This is exchanged at the exhibits stage. If you have it, please post a copy so we can try to pick holes in it.

I've had an email from gladstones today asking if I agree to the hearing be heard on papers or telephone (I'll be selecting this option).
    Why?
That's the opposite of what I tell people to email to the courts...didn't you just use my email from the Telephone Hearings thread (page 3 I think) that clearly says that you want a hearing in person but urges the court to strike the case out?

The Telephone Hearings thread makes it clear you might not get a choice, but you certainly DO NOT let Gladstones call the shots!  The options are not theirs to offer!

The email I wrote for people (attaching a draft order Word Doc, to strike the claim out, plus the key documents) is designed to avoid any hearing...or to hope for a later hearing in person.  Read it again.  Isn't that what you sent?

Why are you thinking you have to choose bad option 1, or bad option 2, as set by the enemy?

You have read all the UKCPM Jack Chapman threads and know the significance of that signature?
    I hope?

Like this person just did (below), and they are frontline NHS and have really got up to speed and complained to the SRA as soon as they read other Jack Chapman threads and saw the facsimile signature matches all the others!

They are getting it.  Copy what they are doing.
