    Sky_ that's fantastic news.

Bykerlass apparently there's a voucher in Closer on 24 Jul, so next week's edition.

Trying to get more speed into my meals, think I'm doing ok but definitely overcomplicated things by trying to calculate the amount of strawberries I should have with my yoghurt by weight this morning. Ended up as a nice breakfast anyway.

    Afternoon All

WI today saw -1.5lbs which I'm pleased about given the amount of alcohol that was consumed last weekend.

Having a bit of a domestic day today and will probably again tomorrow though hubby and I have planned to go cycling but that's all weather dependant as it's quite overcast here though very muggy.

Food wise I'm not sure what's on the menu - I did fancy one of hubby's paelllas but think that as we've yet to get the ingredients that might be off the menu lol.

I'm going to try and have an alcohol free weekend this weekend - so will have to stock up on the fizzy water....whether that actually happens is anyone's guess.

    Have a good Saturday everyone

Absolutely right bubbs . You can never have too much Speed vixstar eat as much as you can. I always try for at least half my lunch and dinner which makes up for not too much at breakfast. I'm sure that averages at least a third across a day. When I was getting to target I'd snack on satsumas to top it up as well. I found them quick and easy to eat and good to put in my bag.

I'm definitely finding it's taking less alcohol for me to feel the after effects the next day!
