Thanks eira. It`s so cold out there today, it breaks my heart to think of all those poor animals cold, wet and hungry because these people won`t let them be rescued :mad:

Saw the title of this thread and wasnt going to read as i thought it would be sad and start me crying. Pleased i read through though and ive signed and its now 10,138 signatures i think it was so got to target but it cant hurt to have more.
