You are either demonstrating knowledge and intelligence beyond my understanding or you are drunk a talking !!!!!!. I suspect the latter.0 -

Here you see a group of scientists with a lot of knowledge (received a lot of information), gushing about how well their cheetah bot negotiates trip hazards. Whilst between them they probably have eight degrees (read a lot of books), they're not intelligent enough (not able to process the information they have accrued) to even notice that an animal would not slip that far without noticing that it was actually slipping, bearing in mind that this bot has probably been slipping in exactly the same way for six months before they put it on TV. it's clear to anyone with even a moderate intelligence within less than a minute that the bot simply does not know that it is actually slipping until it's actually fallen. I'm quite confident they will realise "eventually", but they are simply too stupid to notice in after months of study what an intelligent person would notice in less than a minute
Don't really understand what you are trying to get at, but,
1. It's not a animal so has no innate instinct for balance, everything has to be programmed and processed in a manner far removed from instinctual ability.
2. Animals can and do slip over, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAQQ1D_Go_Q.0 -
