    I have sent a message from within online banking to tell them I no longer want the account !!Next time they offer an incentive Ill probably try again!!

    I have applied but have not even had an email confirmation! Will see on Monday.

    I found it a bit odd that I didn't get an auto email notification that they have received my application!

    If your account was applied for before the end of the incentive, then you will still get the incentive even if its not fully opened yet.

    You have followed T&C's which said account application before 30th June, and switch within 30 days of opening.

    I've received a letter saying they're unable to process "due to the information contained in your application not matching the records we hold for you" and to take ID into branch.

    I'd forgotten I still have a savings account with them last used about four years ago! The letter has a CIN which matches my old online banking user id.

    Hopefully will be straightforward to resolve.

    Yes they telephoned me today and said that I still qualified for the incentive,do I still want to cancel !!

    Applied on deadline day but I've heard nothing! Is there a contact number to enquire about progress?
