MCOL is Money Claim On Line. LBC is Letter Before Claim. This times out after 6 months so don't worry about those.0

Your case times out after 6 months as it was called a PENALTY (not a parking charge notice).
Complain to your MP in the strongest terms, right now, as there is another reading of the Parking Bill due this month and you want your MP to take an interest and vote to restrict these scam practices:

Make a difference by telling your MP what the recipient has gone through, re a fake 'penalty' from a firm who cannot sue in Mags court but send misleading prosecution letters making people scared that it's going to court, when Indigo doesn't have the standing or contract to allow anything except letters.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I'd just like to send my heartfelt thanks to the knowledgeable posters who supported me over the last six months with the above information and encouragement. It must be frustrating having to give similar advice over and over to people as panicked as I was. My ticket and 'fine' that in the end they were threatening would be a grand or more, has comfortably timed out. Thanks folks - and yes, I didn't just write to my MP, I talked to her about these rip-off merchants.0

Have you told them to delete your data?0

Sounds like a good idea. Should I write to INDIGO, the Rail Prosecution arm (IPS or somesuch) or everybody? I suspect you suggest this for good reasons.0

Indigo. The others probably don't have it. If you want to make sure ask Indigo who (if anybody) they have shared your data with.0

Indigo, using their Privacy webpage contact for data protection matters. All firms must have info about data privacy and a way to contact them for Erasure of data, etc.
They now have no reason to store your data as they've timed out under the Magistrates Court Act. Tell them to also tell their agents, contacts and anyone with whom they shared your data, to also erase it, and that this is a formal Erasure Notice, and failure to do so will be reported to the Information Commissioner.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
