BT Mobile Fair use policy abroad.
So, Seems that the 20gb sim contract is not 20gb when I go abroad. The first 15 GB is allowed in your allowance then you pay for anything after than. Which means this is nonsense.
Surely this is a scam, probably legal, but scam nonetheless.

Considering the definition of scam is to deceive or defraud I'd say not a scam and since they do let you know this then it's totally legal. You did read the T&C's you agreed to didn't you?0

The regulations governing 'Roam like at Home' within Europe (if that's what you refer to) allow for reasonable fair usage restrictions such as BT and other networks impose, including a time limit on continuous roaming period. The 'free' roaming is intended for occasional visits and travel.
Providing the relatively generous 15GB of your 20GB allowance for roaming can hardly be considered 'nonsense' or a 'scam'.Evolution, not revolution0
