Whilst you are here, perhaps you can recount some of the massive differences you have experienced for when it comes to Section 75 protection against fraudulent claims by certain car hire company locations.
Never had a claim for fraudulent charges, but various other claims over the years.
One for having been provided with incorrect information prior to hire went as far as my providing a copy of documents ready to be sent to the small claims court.
Another claim from CC by telephone immediately rejected, same claim by post paid promptly.0
