Santander Plc/Abbey National Credit Card. . . . .

My second query is regarding a Credit Card that was issued to Me by Santander Plc.when they were trading as Abbey National Plc.i have contacted them about reclaiming the PPI costs but they claim that they are only obliged to keep records for 7 years again if I go down the Subject Access Data Request route is it possible to get the information to start a claim?Again thankyou in advance.

If they have deleted the files as per what you were told in the phone call then SAR may well produce nothing, you can try but no guarantee
