Snap, whieguineapig, the diesel Picasso we passed on to DD is 2004 and passed without a hitch.

I've had my long overdue haircut and then a hot 3 mile walk back so just trying to cool down atm.

We had some shocking news yesterday - an old schoolfriend of DD's has died (35 year old). Apparently he was at a wedding reception and drank too much, was taken by friends to his room and put on the floor in the recovery position but when his girlfriend woke in the morning he was on his back and had suffocated on vomit. Such a waste, he was a Phd and was planning to propose to his girlfriend on a trip to America this week.

Couldn't read that and run - such sad news, and as you say, such a waste of a life. Just awful. Condolences.

What an awful shock, we could have been in the same position with DGD as were were with my son.

Thoughts with his family I know what its like.

BTDT brilliant news honey and I am so pleased for you ,often a call back from a mamogram means something not as bad as everyone fears and Hopefully your cysts will drain away on their own

Snoozer that's so sad poor chap and for the family left behind as well.

Csarina fingers crossed its passed OK, you really don't need any more problems at the moment

WellI had a nice nattery coffee morning this morning and got some reduced to half price wensleydale with apricots on the way out of Dobbies.

Was going to buy 2 more tubs of fence paint for DD but the offer of 2 for £20,00 had finished so nipped into Poundland and snaffled to tubs ,admittedly brown, and not blue, for £2.00 each As the bottom fence is blue and looks lovely, the side fence for £4.00 can be brown :)and save £26.00 :):)

I have had breast cysts regularly for around 20 years since mid 30's...sometimes they are drained at the breast clinic if large or painful but others we just leave alone to sort themselves out & if they get big then I go back. My consultant & the radiologists must get fed up of seeing me as I am back every 6-8 months but he always wants to see me to get them checked out just to be sure :p
