Bensons for beds- what are my rights?

This is my first post and the issue is a long issue so bear with me, I will try and be as consise as I can.
We ordered a bed and bedroom furniture from bensons back in January 2018. We were told 8 week wait which was fine.
First delivery date early march cancelled by bensons the day before as they had lost the headboard. Rearranged for 15/3/18.
15/3/18- furniture delivered. Bed is fine. 1 broken drawer on bedside unit and 2 drawers in chest of drawers faulty. Contacted bensons straight away said they would replace bedside drawer and the CofD drawers. Damage caused to our floor by the delivery team.
18/3/18- it became clear that it was not just the 2 drawers on CofD that were faulty- it was all of them and the runners on the carcass. Call to bensons arrange for full CofD to be replaced- promised 2 weeks wait.
Various call made by myself leading up to next delivery which was eventually sorted for 20/4/18. Delivery came. No replacement drawer for bedside table. Replacement carcass delivered- no drawers for CofD.
Contacted Bensons they confirmed that the order hadn’t been clicked through properly would have to wait another 3-4 weeks for drawers. Also to add- during the delivery 2 futons we had not ordered were delivered to us- delivery team would not take them back
Fast forward to end of may Bensons call to say orders will be delivered soon and arranged date. Call received day before to say it was not going to be delivered as they had lost the items. Next day delivery driver turns up with a replacement bedside table. I queried that we only needed a drawer. He said that bensons only send full units, removes the one we had which he dropped in my hall damaging my floor and wall and smashing the unit.
I opened the package and it was the wrong one at which point delivery man realised he had our single drawer in his van and had picked up the wrong item. However our original unit was now in pieces.
Call to bensons, delivery man is blocking me in my drive demanding the wrong item back again. Long story short he then took the wrong item and put the broken unit in my boot for me to take to store- and dented my car.
Visited store- they confirmed that another bedside table had now been ordered and would be 4-6 weeks and confirmed that the outstanding 6 drawers for the CofD would be delivered 25/6/18.
Today I have received 1 drawer for the CofD. Queried with driver at time he confirmed only one. Called bensons who called distribution who have said they only had the one drawer. Bensons day they ordered all 6.
I am at a loss on what to do now. I have already submitted damage reports and images for all the damage caused.
Where do I stand now.
Help/ advice greatly received.

Good grief, it's like a Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'em storyline!
If it were me, I'd have lost patience by now and would cancel the order for everything other than the bed (which was delivered and is ok, right?), insist that you receive a full refund for all the missing, damaged or incomplete items, collection is arranged for all of those plus the unwanted items and your claims settled for damage to your home and car.0 -
Thanks for your reply. I went in store today and did the above. I!!!8217;m at the end of my patience now. The guy said he would give a refund at the price the items are now- they are now in the sale. I declined this. He then said they would only refund us after they had collected the items- I simply don!!!8217;t trust them now. I asked for a refund for the bedside table and he once again said I would have to have it collected first- we don!!!8217;t have the bedside table.
I had to leave at that point. I will go back and speak with the manager in store later.0
