post office b/band- cannot link mobile phone to wifi?

Options
had to do a factory reset on phone, now its not connecting with home wifi... pc works ok, as does the phone mobile data..

have tried all the codes shown on router, in lower upper case.. any ideas?? po website not much help.

    Did you change routers wifi password .
    Does phone see the router ??
  • (I have got p/o to reset wifi password, still same- even after another phone reset..

    the router is viewable as before, when i search from phone.. pc links up fine.

    Do you have WPS on the router, press it then on the phone go to WiFi then WiFi preferences then advance settings and select WPS.
