And to go back to your debts.
Here is the National Debtline website. There is a blue band on the right hand side where you can click and chat to someone online. This will help you as you find telephoning difficult.
They also have sample letters which you can send to your creditors, such as 'Making token payments' and 'Writing off your debt' which, after the webchat, you may want to use.0 -
Another letter got sent today, it was a reschedule app and the work coach put her number on it so I called her and spoke to her and explained he was in SG. She said there system says he!!!8217;s in WRAG. So I said well then that obviously means he!!!8217;s been put into that and this letter has been sent before the decision letter- which is very bad I said. She went quiet like she agreed and then apologised and went on to say that as this app is like 8 weeks away for him to not stress, as they only ask to see him for this thing twice a year and it isn!!!8217;t handing him jobs etc it!!!8217;s just a chat about easing him for when he is ready to return to work. I told her once that decision letter comes we will be appealing it as he needs the SG not WRAG and she said is this plaved back into SG by the time this app comes then he don!!!8217;t need to go buy if it!!!8217;s still going on then he will need to or his money will be sanctioned.
So now we are awaiting the decision letter, but I suppose it has given us a heads up to get more medical evidence together0
