Seconded.Use the one from the newbies thread DON'T USE THE MSE GUIDE it is hopeless and will drop you in it.
STOP reading the useless MSE 'guide' on private parking tickets which has dangerous errors that drop people in it, and cost people money.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
