BT fibre BB £150 prepaid Mastercard not received

Hey,
I signed up to this back in March, used the link given on the MSE site to claim back the £150 MasterCard and still not received it after 90 days, I can’t find a link to it now that I can check out.
I received the genie £50 voucher automatically no problems there.
How do I follow this up?
Anyone had the same issue?

It is not paid out automatically. You need to log into your BT account, and click on where it says my rewards, to claim it, unless of course, you have already done so but still to receive it, then you contact them and chase it up.

Of course you can. That's what links are. Directions to another page or website. All MSE do is supply the link to the required BT page.

An example, MSE don't provide an internet search engine, however if you click on this link you will get to one. The link to the search engine came from MSE even though MSE are not providing the outcome (prepaid card, or in this case search engine).


This is the link to the current BT deal, which mentions the prepaid card and supplies the relevant link to the BT page to claim it.

Thanks guys, I remember using a MSE link after getting the package, I still can!!!8217;t find the link again, I guess I should call BT and moan now?

The direct link is in my post above. I assume this is the page you claimed on?

Can also be found by typing in 'claim bt reward card' into your favourite search engine.

However you may have a fight on your hands as you have to claim within 3 months of the BB going live. Did you get the confirmation email to say you had claimed it and it was being processed? That would be good evidence for you.

You know what, I cant remember signing up, I just did genie, doh. Thats £150 Down the pan!
