If you want built-in speakers, the Philips has them; https://www.ebuyer.com/store/Computer/cat/Monitors/subcat/27"+-Monitors?sort=price+ascending0

Thanks for responses. Hadn't thought about speakers but I guess I would as just means its easier than having to plug something in or via bluetooth..0

You should put your links in bold. Otherwise they can be missed.
Silly me for thinking this meant this not aforementioned and link in blue would suffice. Anyway won't keep you .Have a nice day.0 -

First of all, your link is not in blue. Take a look;
Yes, silly you for assuming that your link is obvious or even blue and for posting out of context and then expecting people to make sense of your post.
I was the first to suggest that if they wanted built-in speakers, the next possibility price-wise would be the Philips. Then I linked to the Philips monitor.
Then your rather odd question as to why the Philips monitor. The answer? Because it was the cheapest device with the required specification.
No issue with you posting a slightly more expensive alternative, but I didn't initially understand why you asked "Why the Philips?" as the ACER was showing at £149.99 at the time.
Now the ACER is showing at £129.99, I too would recommend it.
Bold links are better.0 -

Good spot. Hope OP sees it.
Link is in blue but barely discernible.0
