Virgin Media have said they will not deal with Resolver, how do I get in touch with the ombudsman?

Your final deadlock letter from VM will contain details of how to escalate the matter to the ADR: CISAS. Complaints can be made without Resolver you know? Companies aren't obliged to use it.0
