Virgin Media have said they will not deal with Resolver, how do I get in touch with the ombudsman?

    Interesting post history, joined 4 months ago and your only 4 posts to date are today in a 17 minute period over 4 separate threads. Not a Virgin fan I'm gathering.

    Your final deadlock letter from VM will contain details of how to escalate the matter to the ADR: CISAS. Complaints can be made without Resolver you know? Companies aren't obliged to use it.
