omg I have just read chipaway1 and that's exactly what's happening to me but wheen i rang gladstone brookes last year they sent ne paoerwork i filled in sent off then months after got a letter to say archhalll took over as it was a bankrupty never heard anything still and just had text messages someone else took over rapid response and I've to ring them if my creditor gets in touch with me but I've never been told I've got any money or how much and I've tried ringing but can't get through I just want to cancel it as too much trouble but where do I stand with this please as moving house
Any loans, cards etc that were part of your bankruptcy cannot have a PPI complaint made by you, the money belongs to the OR.Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
