It's got a 3 year warranty, but after that the chance of spares or service are probably zero.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Anyone bought one?

    Any good for the money?

    Aldi TV

The 2019 55" model is Vestel.

The remote control is a Vestel's remote - ergo I think it's pretty safe to assume it's therefore a Turkish made Vestel

Vestel is far more common than you might think. If nothing else it's often the main screen panel inside the TV that's a Vestel product, particularly on the cheaper TVs.

However a lot of TVs at the cheaper end of the market are actually Vestel models in new packaging. Most TVs produced by Vestel are sold under licenced brand names such as Toshiba, Hitachi, Panasonic and many own brand labels, including I dare say the majority the Argos value range of Bush and Alba products.
