More than 1 company managing same car park

Hello, thank you all in advance. I am currently battling a parking charge notice and I'm in the process of filing a witness statement as part of the court bundle. This forum's knowledgeable posters have been extremely helpful!
Some background: I am the owner of a small business. The carpark has several different signs by different companies - one says 'Northfield Property Management - CCTV in operation.' But there is no CCTV in the car park!
There is another sign by NPM that appeared afterwards. This is the company I am having problems. Is this company a second party in all this?

'Northfield Property Management " are NOT a recognised private parking company , they are the owners / property management company that manage the land
they will have hired a private parking company to stop/deter bad parking etc
WHO is the the parking co that are starting court action against you , no acronyms , full name of company please0 -
NPM is Northampton Parking Management.0

are you saying northhampton parking management are instigating a claim for private parking ?
who are there solisitors , and how the hell did they get your details from the DVLA?
can you see them on the list of approved companies that can get info from the DVLA http://www.parkingappeals.info/company_guide_j_to_o.html0 -
Also have a new argument to add - the PCNs I have been issued with have the wrong address! It is not the same address as the small car park that I parked at the back of the business. The address I have been fined for is actually the main road which I have never parked in.0

The sign on the car park says Northampton Parking Management. The letters I have say National Parking Management, which is on that list. Very confusing, this company.0

they show the IPC logo on there site http://www.npmpay.co.uk/ but yet do not appear at the ipc site https://theipc.info/aos-members/n0
-
NATIONAL PARKING MANAGEMENT LIMITED were previously called NORTHAMPTONSHIRE PARKING MANAGEMENT LIMITED0

They do appear on the ipc site as National Parking Management, I assume they must have my details from dvla. Thanks.
Should I add the fact that the address is wrong onto my witness statement?0 -
If they're not council then you should have just ignored them.0

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.
These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.
