Advice about refurbished laptop, please.

I have been looking for a small refurbished 13.3" Toshiba laptop and I would be really glad to have your advice/opinions to point me in the right direction, please.
As much as it is possible I would like it to be Toshiba and 'as ready to use' as it can be, although I know I'll have to put some things on. I am most comfortable with Windows 7 and, because of this, I use 'Classic Shell' on Windows 8. (I hope my three links work.)
1. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toshiba-Portege-Z30-Ultrabook-8GB-RAM-128GB-SSD-Windows-10-Pro-64-Nice-/292540946089
This one looks the same although it is more expensive:
2. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toshiba-Portege-Z30-Laptop-4th-Gen-i5-8GB-128SSD-Backlit-K-board-B-tooth-13-3/273058098051?hash=item3f9387eb83:g:S7QAAOSwGMJa3vzp
This one is much more expensive and I wondered if it would be faster and a better option to maybe last a bit longer:
3. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toshiba-Portege-Z30-Core-i7-5th-Gen-16-GB-256-GB-SSD-13-3-Ultrabook-Win10-Pro/163099292373?hash=item25f979b2d5:g:tKMAAOSwALtaibnC
Thank you very much for any advice or opinions.

Faster in what way? In everyday tasks then probably no different unless your sitting there with a stopwatch counting nanoseconds.
Coding video or rendering 3D objects an i7 maybe faster. Depends on the actual spec and age of the CPU's. An i5 maybe faster than an i7.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Thanks for replying. I was thinking about being quicker from when I switch on to reaching the page or link I am looking for and faster for switching from one site to another - I hope that makes sense.
Would you be able to say, from your experience, which of the three I am looking at would be the best option for me -upgrading from an old slower Windows 7 laptop - it is heavy and bigger in size (17") than what I need? I have looked at the specifications but I am not sure what they all mean and the real significance of the differences. Would you be able to tell, from the three, the 'best' CPU, please? I am not sure if I am comparing 'like with like.'
I am not good technically and would like a fresh start with a smaller 'better' one, thank you.

This has a slightly slower cpu, no ssd, but is under £200m after spending £50 on new ssd levers £150 in pocket. While SSD are great, not totally necessary.

personally after having three, would avoid a screen of 1366x768m but they are not bad, just a bit inconvenient, and want to see more top-to-bottom on my screen
Re: No 2. This 'new' dell form their dent, scratched, refurb range has a similar spec cpu Inspiron 15 - 5565 for £215.00 minus 10% voucher on another laptop post here + vat? Years warranty, but no ssd - but £25 for a 120Gb one. unsure about weight and the screens are bigger too.

they all are too much for too little. The one for £399 has the best cpu, but will you notice the 20% extra - probably not
I'm not a bendadble laptop person but this at 259 has a full depth screen, similar cpu performance to above http://outlet.euro.dell.com/Online/SecondaryInventorySearch.aspx?c=uk&cs=ukdfh1&l=en&s=dfh&sign=PXhcOSHtr1T4IOw%2fPR7UdUnkvPR5tUKHAVxtTzeIpXrlZvQRHH%2bVDBvJidQDMpib%2bBdnkDHdWdQAoLYRW8o9Ozk1XWT%2bCjUXONBrr%2buziTyc9h7Vss%2bCMztOB3KB3wCNj0fQG9bXeulFlscCsdlAhH6LPQ1aZIq2pgupIlOKvGTli5LWmJKRnWdyhjtQTGQBvdNjj8iNGCb7OAnC4ZEO2DmcDmIA9AyBl1sdQMAZC66DJeiZJbv6kCMBz32alLRq

Thank you so very much for such a helpful and detailed reply. I'm afraid I have very little technical 'know how' and, if there is a way of messing up, I'll do it.
This is why I was looking at these laptops 'ready to use.' I can understand having to pay more when 'diy' is not an option. You would hardly believe the number of 'good' things I have wrecked by trying to sort it myself. I have learned from experience.
Not the best 'money saving' but, in the long run it is cheaper for me to take the easy option.
If my No. 3 was cheaper - what do you think would be a fair price, please?
Thank you again, that, (+++++) for taking time to reply so fully and so very helpfully.

possibly for 3, I think 250 perhaps would be ok, as no warranty, older cpu. The guy is waiting for a big fish to bite hence 20+ days
this at a glance looks ok, but have to go now

I am inclined to stick with Toshiba - for no other reason than I am familiar with my present much older laptop and not adventurous at all.
Thank you very much again, that. I'll keep looking and appreciate your helpful links.

I would try to get over that if possible ..
All they keys are in the same place no matter which brand you buy
The Dell Latitude range are business machines and as such are very hardy and built well ..
If you can get one of those for a decent price you will be very happy0 -
I would highly recommmend a refurbished Lenovo X1 Carbon. You can find them for around £350 on Ebay and I bought one about 6 months ago.
It has a great screen and keyboard, boots in seconds, is very light but very strong and has been very reliable. It will be an ex business laptop which I find to be a lot more robust and higher quality.
Windows 10 is very easy to use too - you might be pleasantly surprised if you try it!0 -

The one for £200 looks fine. But let's see the full model number of your current machine.0
